Audrey Wise did an amazing job selling our home. She handled everything from staging to planning and open house. The pictures were amazing. In such a way that we went under contract before the open house. She also listened to our needs that she was able to get us into our new home quickly. She is very detailed oriented and concise with everything. She was able to calm my nerves through this stressful time that it turned into a wonderful experience. I would recommend her to anyone.

Audrey helped me do a remote purchase of a home for retirement - I'm currently in California. I was introduced to her by a friend here in Calif who also works for eXp Realty, and I could not be happier. Audrey understands the WNC market very well and was able to queue up an MLS feed that sent me emails when properties came on the market that fit my requirements for size, price, and location. She also provided very helpful videos that explained the home buying process, and via phone and email reviewed the differences in that process in NC vs Calif - each state has its unique quirks. After building a list of a half dozen places that we were very interested in, we flew into Asheville for a weekend. Audrey had scheduled showings, and drove us around the area, showing not only the specific homes we were interested in, but also the neighborhoods. She was very easy to work with and understood our needs and wants very well. After finding out that our number one choice already had an offer made by another buyer and deciding against entering a bidding war, we made an offer on our #2 choice. Audrey handled the negotiations very well, helping us to arrive at an agreed-upon price and terms below the asking price. Audrey then shepherded us through a very quick (less than three weeks, we had made a cash offer) closing process. She continued to work with us to connect with the HOA and various utilities and local necessities. This is the fourth home I have bought, and the whole process was as smooth as any of them, which is very high praise since we were typically working via email and phone from the west coast. Audrey has my wholehearted recommendation.

Moving can often times be an overwhelming experience, but Audrey had everything covered from day one. We had property to sell in Arden, North Carolina and we are from out of state. You can imagine trying to deal with these things by yourself, it would be nearly impossible. I’m not sure what we would have done if not for Audrey. She was completely on top of every move made and the communication was awesome.
